This scheme, of which SRA successfully achieved planning permission for, saw the development of a new luxurious retreat facility comprising 137 timber Lodges and alterations to the existing Brackenborough House. The new leisure development would provide a relaxing retreat complete with Bar Bistro, Spa Facilities including Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi complete with Relaxation Rooms and Treatment Rooms. The proposals were carefully designed to take account of cycle routes to the centre of Louth, whilst providing peaceful gardens and areas of enhanced wildlife featuring picturesque woodland walks.
SRA have designed new houses and building alterations on a number of projects we have tendered for and worked on over the past 20 years or so. Their plans and specifications are consistently clear and thorough and the architectural work in the construction phase has been excellent. I have found them to be one of the leading practices we have worked with throughout this time.
Neill at SRA Architecture has been amazingly professional and supportive throughout, advising on different packages to help budget effectively and offering a service that helps take away a lot of the stress and workload when doing a large renovation project.
SRA Architecture have made so much difference – we now have six parking/pull-in spaces with our own filter lane taking the school traffic away from the lane, leaving it free for the residents and through traffic including emergency vehicles.
In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space. SRA have my highest recommendation for projects both large and small.
I have worked with quite a few architectural practices over the years, I can honestly say SRA are in the top draw category of design companies. Their designs and drawings are of a really high standard. They are thorough and methodical. Their specifications leave little to doubt which means you can precisely quote for what you are being asked to build. […] Plus they are nice people, professional and easy to work for.
Niell provided me one of the most professional services I have received. The quality of service was outstanding, Niell answered the phone every time and answered any questions I had the same day whether by email or phone. The plot I was looking at was also of a beautiful design. I would confidently recommend anyone to use SRA Architecture.
