A purpose built dual purpose facility for use as both a large sports facility and Performing Arts Centre. Our team were tasked with producing a refined set of proposals for the project brief, fitting a new structure within a complex location between a number of existing buildings and multiple retaining structures. SRA delivered a modern yet concise scheme that was highly approved by the Client, and oversaw a complex Planning Application resulting in conditional approval ready for construction. The facility comprises of a large Hall encompassing two badminton courts, tiered seating system and AV terrace above. A large Reception area to the front of the building holds ancillary facilities including Reception area, Bar and Toilets.

In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space.
