Whilst we have employed a number of fully qualified, experienced and talented staff over the years, in 1985 a decision was taken to employ a junior member of staff who would receive full in-house training, supplemented with attendance at Lincoln College on a day release basis.
This process proved very successful, and since that time our Practice has employed fourteen highly motivated individuals, who have all demonstrated great knowledge and interest in design and construction.
