A large 4-Bedroom detached property provides a new purpose-built home for the Vicar and his family. Nestled in part of the grounds of the existing Vicarage, immediately adjacent to the Grade 2 Listed St Peter & St Paul’s church, the yellow facing bricks were carefully selected to be sympathetic to the local brown ironstone stonework used in the construction of the nearby Church.
SRA were appointed to oversee the project from conception through to completion managing all aspects of tender procurement and contract management.
Niell and team did a great job with plans and 3D graphics. As I struggle to visualise, the graphics allowed me to get a realistic image. Having Niell deal with the planning department takes away the stress and their knowledge and experience is invaluable. They were very patient as we couldn’t always make up our minds. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space.
