SRA were tasked with designing and obtaining planning permission for a new large 4-bedroom house. The plot in question was located within a flood risk zone so SRA carefully calculated the internal and external finished ground levels to mitigate concerns from the local planning department regarding flooding. The design saw the house blend seamlessly into its surrounding environment and provided a high-quality marketable property.
In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space. SRA have my highest recommendation for projects both large and small.
