SRA were originally appointed to obtain full planning permission at the proposed site, located adjacent to an existing Rectory. After successfully achieving permission for this spacious 4 Bedroom property, the plot was sold on to a local developer. The developer continued with our team to further progress the drawings through to Building Regulations where full approval was given.
