Our design services are applicable to both existing and new commercial structures, so whether you need alterations to an existing building or the design of a completely new structure, we can adjust to suit accordingly. We carry projects through the stages of planning approval, tendering stages, construction, and completion regardless of scale and value.
When required we are able to assemble a full design team of specialist consultant which would typically include Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and CDM Consultants. Other niche specialists such as Sound Engineers, Lighting Engineers, Fire Engineers and Drainage Engineers can also be incorporated into the team for more complex construction projects.
Warehousing
Working to create new warehouse facilities and bringing life back into those requiring a facelift, we have experience in doing both.
