The single storey extension to Boultham Park Medical Practice provided two much-needed Consultant Rooms. The extension saw the internal remodelling of existing rooms including the installation of natural light tubes to fill the corridors full of natural daylight. The external area to the rear was carefully re-landscape to include space for 3 new parking spaces and rainwater soakaway.
I found SRA Architecture online as I was looking at purchasing a property and needed input from an Architectural Practice who knows the area. I came across these guys and I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge they had. Neill is very much approachable and goes out of his way to find out all the information, and this in turn gave me the confidence of whether to make the purchase or not – I highly recommend them.
In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space. SRA have my highest recommendation for projects both large and small.
Niell and team did a great job with plans and 3D graphics. As I struggle to visualise, the graphics allowed me to get a realistic image. Having Niell deal with the planning department takes away the stress and their knowledge and experience is invaluable. They were very patient as we couldn’t always make up our minds.
