SRA were appointed to design a large care-home estate comprising of independent bungalows, apartments, and a large 80 Bedroom Care Home. SRA successfully achieved Planning Permission on the Apartments and Bungalows, shortly followed by successful approval on the Nursing Home.
The scheme was produced to a high standard from the outset, allowing for a fast turnaround when commencement of construction was required.

The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space.
