A site SRA had previously been involved with, the new owner contacted us to produce designs for a set of new modern and exciting contemporary homes. These large 4-bedroom properties, with garage, parking and rear gardens were designed to stand out from nearby properties and employ a modern architectural approach. The buildings were orientated to maximize solar gain, reducing running costs, and the heights of the dwellings were carefully observed to avoid over-looking nearby properties.
SRA have designed new houses and building alterations on a number of projects we have tendered for and worked on over the past 20 years or so. Their plans and specifications are consistently clear and thorough and the architectural work in the construction phase has been excellent. I have found them to be one of the leading practices we have worked with throughout this time.
Niell and team did a great job with plans and 3D graphics. As I struggle to visualise, the graphics allowed me to get a realistic image. Having Niell deal with the planning department takes away the stress and their knowledge and experience is invaluable. They were very patient as we couldn’t always make up our minds. The designs that SRA produced were outstanding. The layout works perfect and the specification is exactly what we were after! SRA oversaw the whole project through to completion and ensured the building was delivered as expected.
