FA refurbishment and extension scheme developed to provide improved Office accommodation to an existing Warehouse Facility within Lincoln. Designed to both occupy the footprint of an existing structure, and to link to an element to be retained, the space was formed to provide a large and welcoming Reception facility, open-plan Working Areas, Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, Training Spaces, Recreational facilities and Storage.
Our team were responsible for achieving full Planning Permission for the scheme and delivering information required for Building Regulations approval.
