A Refurbishment and Conversion project consisting of the erection of a Single Storey Flat-Roof Extension, coupled with a series of internal alterations and areas undergoing full refurbishment. Our team were appointed to carry out a detailed measured and photographic survey, production of the relevant information to gain Planning and Building Regulations Approval, and to develop detailed Specification Information and Illustrations to form a full Tender Package.
As the existing School continued operation throughout the redevelopments, careful consideration was taken during both the design and construction process to ensure Pupil, Parent and Staff safety was not compromised. The project was subsequently delivered by TopCon Building Grimsby between May and September 2022.
