A project that oversaw the adaptation of an already passed planning application previously handled by our team. Alterations of the internal layout and external aesthetics of the property were made to fully satisfy a new set of requirements. This included working with a complex set of existing site levels, creating accommodation across the site by linking the Garage with the main Dwelling. Full landscaping works were also produced to provide a workable solution for car parking with comfortable turning areas, accessible pedestrian routes up to the dwelling, and general Garden areas with planting beds to the rear and side. A concept scheme for a subterranean swimming pool was also developed to provide a feasible solution, should it be progressed further.
