A project that oversaw the adaptation of an already passed planning application previously handled by our team. Alterations of the internal layout and external aesthetics of the property were made to fully satisfy a new set of requirements. This included working with a complex set of existing site levels, creating accommodation across the site by linking the Garage with the main Dwelling. Full landscaping works were also produced to provide a workable solution for car parking with comfortable turning areas, accessible pedestrian routes up to the dwelling, and general Garden areas with planting beds to the rear and side.  A concept scheme for a subterranean swimming pool was also developed to provide a feasible solution, should it be progressed further.

The property as a whole provides four sizeable double Bedrooms, two of which feature dedicated En-suites. A large open-plan Kitchen situated at the heart of the property leads through to an Orangery attached to the rear. A separate Lounge, Dining Room, Snug, Study, Utility feature at Ground floor, with two Cellar rooms below. The attached Garage accessed by a link incorporating a Plant and Boot Room, provides parking for two vehicles, with accommodation above accessed by a dedicated staircase.

The project was carried out to a strict time plan, ensuring submission of a new planning application was made before the expiry of an existing. Our team consulted with our Client each step of the way, ensuring each decision was made in line with their expectations and requirements.
