Speculative
From single developments to 100+ housing development schemes, we combine our master planning expertise with our construction design skills to produce appealing yet practical housing developments for a range of sizes and value. We have previous experience in producing detailed site layouts, services and utilities layouts and access schemes for multiple residential developments in the Western region of Lincoln City.
Bespoke New Build
For most, creating a new build is a once in a life-time opportunity. We work closely with our Clients and specialist contacts to ensure no stone is left unturned. Progressing through particular sections of the build or working from start to finish, we can advise throughout. We work with our Clients throughout to ensure their new home is delivered just as expected and to their custom set of wishes.
Extensions
Our comprehensive knowledge of creating unique yet practical solutions to existing properties. As one of the common types of construction projects, we know how important residential extensions are in dramatically transforming an existing space. We use our bespoke process to make this journey as easy and cost effective as possible. We have experience in creating extensions across multiple floors, and those that incorporate other elements such as loft conversions and internal alterations so suit.
Refurbishment
Keeping with an existing space but giving it a new lease of life can also maximise a structures potential. Using our extensive knowledge of construction methods relating to a range of different time periods, we know how to best unlock the full potential of any existing property. Whether it be full or part refurbishment projects, we have worked on a range of projects varying in size and value and condition, delivering results on time and to a high satisfaction standard. These include disused Churches, School Buildings and Office accommodation. Our team also have experience in working on a range of structures with Listed Building status and are aware of the procedures required to maximise the full potential within this area of construction and redevelopment.
Housing Association
We are able to produce cost effective build schemes deliverable within small timescales to aid the ever-increasing housing demand. We have experience in working with specialist housing associations and societies across Lincolnshire in which medium scale developments were required to meet an active demand. Our designs fluid process enables us to implement expenditure saving measures to increase the overall cost effectiveness of this type of development.
