This scheme, of which SRA successfully achieved planning permission for, saw the development of a new luxurious retreat facility comprising 137 timber Lodges and alterations to the existing Brackenborough House. The new leisure development would provide a relaxing retreat complete with Bar Bistro, Spa Facilities including Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi complete with Relaxation Rooms and Treatment Rooms. The proposals were carefully designed to take account of cycle routes to the centre of Louth, whilst providing peaceful gardens and areas of enhanced wildlife featuring picturesque woodland walks.

We have been working with Niell and his team at SRA in redesigning an existing planning passed house design. We have found them to be highly efficient, offering good choice of recommendations and proposals and very easy and pleasant to work with.
