A large commercial property having over 850 m² of internal floor area, SRA were involved in the design process from feasibility through to successful approval of Planning Permission. The brief was to maximise usable floor space and it was therefore decided to use a steel framed construction, also allowing thhe formation of a large open plan Office that could be easily adapted in the future.
