This property had originally been constructed as a Vicarage, situated next to St Swithin’s Community Centre, before being converted into Offices. SRA were appointed to design, develop and manage the return of the property back to a Vicarage, whilst increasing the Living Space and providing a Secure Study and Entrance Area for the Vicar in line with the required safety standards.
The internal layout of the property was cleverly adjusted to increase the downstairs floorspace, whilst two small, single-storey extensions were designed to provide functional space for a large family.
This project was carried from start to finish by our team, managing and liaising with the required contacts throughout the stages of development.
