A 300 square meter single storey Fitness Suite produced in 2009/10. This structure was designed to meet the requirements of an expanding Physical Education department within a sizeable secondary school. The building was designed to house a large Theory Classroom, Dance Studio and Fitness Suite, along with dedicated Male and Female changing.
The structures footprint was determined by the existing site layout and buildings adjacent. 3.6-meter-high ceilings and near full height windows were included to ensure the space was best utilised by its intended sporting activities.
SRA have designed new houses and building alterations on a number of projects we have tendered for and worked on over the past 20 years or so. Their plans and specifications are consistently clear and thorough and the architectural work in the construction phase has been excellent. In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space. SRA have my highest recommendation for projects both large and small.
