With the existing Dining facilities no longer fit for purpose, our team were responsible for producing a scheme to expand both their existing internal and external dining facilities.
Following a full measured and photographic survey of the existing SRA developed proposals for a 115 m2 extension to the existing catering block, along with the refurbishment of the existing. The proposed extension was developed with careful consideration of the existing CLASP flat roof structure, with modifications being made sympathetically as required. In addition to the proposed structure, the adjacent external courtyard was reconfigured to accommodate two new modern canopies. These were designed and positioned around an existing canopy within the courtyard and were provided to create a covered walkway between two existing structures, and to create a large outdoor seating area for use throughout the School year.
SRA oversaw both the design and management of the construction process, ensuring the project was delivered successfully.

In my opinion, the best Architectural services in Lincoln. SRA completed amendments to our planning application and incorporated the redesign of 8 houses. The application was immediately approved which has avoided costly delays. The new house design has added value to the project and will provide much better use of the space. SRA have my highest recommendation for projects both large and small.
