Our team were tasked with producing a traditional 2 storey, 3-bedroom property for use on an existing Private Farm estate in the Lincolnshire countryside. The property would form part of the farms existing complex and would be occupied by employees of the site. The dwelling was positioned within the site to drastically improve overall security, siting it adjacent to the main approach into the farm.
The dwelling was appropriately designed for occupation for a large family. At ground floor, a large Lounge, Kitchen and Breakfast area, separate Dining Room and Study. At First, Master Bedroom with En-suite and walk-in wardrobe, Family Bathroom and two further Bedrooms. The property features a dormer design, allowing the overall height to remain low without drastically inflicting on the first-floor accommodation, but also to reduce the impact that the property would impose on its surrounding rural location.
As part of the scheme, vehicle access and parking, garden areas and landscaping was also established. This project underwent extensive 3D design work to produce the artist impressions seen on this page.
