One of the larger schemes our team has worked on in recent years, this project consisted of a large healthcare development situated in Sleaford. The brief was to provide a range of accommodation types for both elderly residents and those with learning difficulties.
Our team worked on producing three main accommodation structures comprising of an Assisted Living Nursing Home for up to 80 residents, Hydrotherapy Suite, Learning Disability Unit with accommodation for up to 8 residents, and Care Accommodation with 55 private 2 Bedroom residences complete with shared Communal Areas. Our master planning services were also employed to develop road layouts, car parking, pedestrian access and outdoor storage areas, encompassing the development into its own complete design package ready for both submission to the local planning authority and construction firms.
Extensive CAD draughting was carried out in order to best accomplish the required brief. As with most of our projects, 2D design information was first established, before moving on to develop the scheme in realistic 3D, showing the full benefit the development would have on the local area and potential residents.
I found SRA Architecture online as I was looking at purchasing a property and needed input from an Architectural Practice who knows the area. I came across these guys and I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge they had. We have been working with Niell and his team at SRA in redesigning an existing planning passed house design.
