A bespoke 4 Bedroom Georgian style dwelling situated within the historic Cathedral Quarter of the City of Lincoln. This development saw the demolition of an existing 1960’s property, located in the grounds of an extensive plot, shielded by a collection of protected mature trees and hedgerows, all of which were considered closely as part of the production of the development scheme.
The property comprises of accommodation across three stories. Upon entering, a large Hallway presents a grand central staircase, leading to first and second floor accommodation.
